  1. Now that the graveborn muse is in, replacing enslave for the phyrexian arena might be something to consider.

  2. have to say, Joe- i'm inclined to agree with Anonymous. Phrexian _____ is my favorite card ever.

  3. Fleshbag Marauder: not terrible, but most of the time you just end up with a 3 mana Edict
    Abyssal Persecutor: Even after increasing the number of cards that can deal with him, it has lost its owner too many games against blue players that just have to counter like 2-3 removal spells during the whole game and don't have to care about damage anymore.
    Ashling, the Extinguisher -> Phyrexian Scuta / Plague Sliver
    Keening Banshee -> Tombstalker: unlike Nekataal it only deals with the small creatures
    some mediocre cards at the top op of your manacurve
    Kagemaro, First to Suffer
    Okiba-Gang Shinobi
    Dark Hatchling
    Laquatus's Champion
    ->
    Sarcomancy + Carnophage + Vampire Lacerator: some early beats
    Dark Confidant: probably the best card advantage engine for aggro decks, even without library manipulation
    Braids, Cabal Minion: "combos" with multiple cards, but even without any other support it reliably keeps your opponent of his/ her mana

    Attrition
    Diabolic Servitude -> Makeshift Mannequin: midcombat reanimation is just so devastating + it perfectly fits into UB decks that don't want to tap out during their turn

    Disfigure / Doom Blade: 2 cheap removal spells
    Duress
    Vampiric Tutor: getting a answer at instant speed for only 1 mana is huge
    Ambition's Cost ->Yawgmoth's Bargain
