How about adding some "pseudo gold" cards in this section?
ReplyDeleteKird Ape
Loam Lion
Desolation Angel
Wild Nacatl
All Suns' Dawn
Rumbling Slum -> Stormbind: anti flood card that works also well against control
Dauntless Escort -> Mirari's Wake. it is really tough to beat someone that has twice as much mana available
Suffocating Blast ->Gelectrode: easier to cast
Nath of the Gilt-Leaf ->Putrid Leech: great aggro dude
Spitemare -> Duergar Hedge-Mage: Spitemare was only a cute card, but not too effective
Bull Cerodon / Razia, Boros Archange -> Brion Stoutarm: BS gives you a cheap "ground version" of Exalted Angel and a way to end stall situations
